We had an excellent stay. The location is very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the gym is well equipped, breakfast is exceptional, wifi is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had an exceptional experience while staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My host Shida Anuar went an extra mile decorating my apartment with balloons and cake after knowing the fact that I just had my birthday the previous week. Took me by surprise and I really appreciate the thoughts and effort that went into this.
Overall, the apartment was practically new complete with facilities like filtered water, washer and dryer, and a very good gym. Equipments in the gym are well taken care of even though it’s shared with other residents.
There’s also an infinity pool at the top floor with outstanding view of the city, especially the twin towers at night.
Will definitely come back!

My stay in Grand Hayatt Hotel was one of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast was very varied and delicious and the service is beyond excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to this beautiful country. The staff were lovely, friendly and ready to serve, especially there was a receptionist named Doni who helped me a lot during my stay. He deserves all the appreciation
