The rooms were very nicely done, access to the pools was great and it had a fabulous pool for the little kids to play in. The location is very convenient and has direct access to the Sunway Mall which has lots of shopping and food options.

It was a my first trip using apartment, not hotel on my traveling abroad. The best point was that it was very comfortable than hotel like my apartment. I slept well and had no special inconveniences for period of traveling. The host was very kind and replied soon whenever I had any questions. Also, BRT which is a special transportation system in Subang is near thus it was easy to go to main areas of Subang.

Its literally at sunway pyramid hotel. So location 10/10. I made a mistake on putting the key in the wrong mailbox and host was really helpful and patient. Luckily , host managed to find it. So thank you very much for the smooth check in and check out as well as being very patient. Appreciate it
