Excellent 5 star hotel. The environment is nice and quiet. The rooms are not huge - but just enough and very well furnished, you just have everything you need. Coffee, tea, desk, minibar... And the hotel has this Japanese vibe - you just feel the quality of service and cleanness everywhere. I especially liked how efficient and polite the service was everywhere. Breakfast is fantastic, e.g. I could have even Japanese breakfast (which was delicious for my European taste :))

Everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurants and stores in the area that the hotel staff suggested were excellent and overall the hotel was a short distance from the center and other main points in the city. Had a great stay there.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.
