Property is very new (less than a year old) and immaculately clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It has a washer cum dryer and a drying rack in the garden which was useful to our family.
I would like to highlight that the property is not located within walking distance to the city centre, hence less accessible to those without a car. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor so it may be less friendly to those who cannot manage the stairs.

Overall feel of the house. Also the different aspects of the house contributed to a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was a big positive and the facilities available were very much welcomed. Amenities were top quality, beds - outstanding.

The apartment is very centrally located—just a short walk to the Margaret Mahy Family Playground. It’s well-equipped with everything we needed. Kyla responded to our messages immediately and delivered any requested items right away. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I’d give this stay a solid 99 out of 100! The only missing point is probably just me being picky—I’d love for the small transparent glass by the door to be frosted for a bit more privacy. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back to this quiet and cozy city, and this place will surely be my top choice away from home.
