We loved everything about this apartment. It is like a lofty New York apartment in heritage Dunedin. Fantastic location as walking distance to everything that is Dunedin. No expense has been spared with this luxury fit out and we felt at home instantly with the owners warm welcome.

Location was fantastic with the centre square just two blocks away. Lots of choices for meals. We were on the fourth (top) floor. it was lovely and quiet. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking at the back was good.

The staff was nice and suggested us parking on the street as parking was free on a public holiday. The location is great, right at city center.
