The elevated location offered good views and the morning sun allowed us to wake up refreshed and ready to start the next day's itinerary. It was also conveniently close to a supermarket. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area and a walk to the nearby park gave us a view of the sea. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

In the Roslyn district of Dunedin, close to Toitu Otago Settlers Museum, Rosy at Roslyn has a garden and a washing machine.

absolutely outstanding accomodation. This property exceeded expectation. So many little things that just made it feel like home away from home. Quality linen, extremely well appointed kitchen, everything has been thought of. We arrived late at night and communication and entry instructions were excellent. Will be booking again for our next visit to Dunedin.

We arrived into Dunedin on a cold, wet November day. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very cold. Within a short period of time though, the very efficient air conditioning had warmed the place easily and so made our stay very comfortable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a great view over Dunedin and is close to a great supermarket.

Quality B&B, which was great value for money. Brilliant breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful when the battery to my car went dead. Would highly recommend.
