We had a lovely stay at Once upon a cosy Nook! A perfect location and the room is absolutely beautiful with a super comfy bed! the homemade cookies were amazing! Graham and Andrea were so lovely and so so helpful. We also love the cat cuddles and company 😊

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was good, the location was good and the guest house was very clean and looked very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Really well located --20 minute walk to the City centre. The 2 bed unit was compact, well equipped and really clean. The owners were really welcoming and have a lot of pride in their business. This really adds to the customer experience -- keep up the good work.

Beechwood is situated on George Street, within the North Dunedin Heritage Precinct, a designated special character area.
