Fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk from the beachfront. A twenty minute walk to a beautiful harbour, bustling with bars and eateries.

It had everything we needed plus more, the park/trampolines and flying fox were awesome to keep my kids entertained, it was close to where I needed to get to, everything we needed was close, had our own privacy, lovely room to stay was very lovely I would definitely be back next time I’m in Napier

Loved that the bigger bed was in the lounge so adults could stay up and watch TV and kids could go to bed. Most often single beds are in the lounge

Lovely, homelike accommodation, beautiful, quiet area. The kindest host.
Old fashioned accommodation, impeccably clean and lovingly presented. The owner was so kind and friendly. A spacious property with all facilities available. Thanks a lot for barbecue area. Wine, cheese, fruit and breakfast as a nice and yammy bonus. Enjoy your stay.
