We enjoyed the peaceful of the area . We enjoyed our little apartment as it was Cosy. My kids enjoyed the kids play area and they also made some friends there .
Surrounded by restaurants and cafes in Napier city center, Motel de la Mer offers ocean-facing suites with a fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms have a balcony with ocean and city views.

Location is excellent and is in walking distance to the seafront activities, and close to many food options in the evening. Room was spotless and owners are helpful and friendly.

Amazing Art Deco furnishings and artefacts, so beautifully and lovingly put together! Laurie is a wonderful host, source of most interesting local info, nothing is too much trouble. Huge bowl of fruit and other goodies (cookies, milk, specialty coffees & other drinks) for us on arrival and everything was so very comfortable- the bed linen was superb! Wish we could have stayed longer! 😄

Mike and Maree (plus Dougal) were wonderful hosts! Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony in the early evening was so relaxing and peaceful. Mike recommmended watching the the sunrise from our balcony was an absolute bonus. The location of the BnB was ideal for walking into the city centre. The continential breakfast was very inviting! If we are lucky enough to be in Napier again we would not hesistate staying at M&M's again.
