The host gave us a free welcome drink on the first night
Lots of activities each day, from walking tours to club nights to dancing classes.

Our room faced the inner corridor. Therefore, it was quiet. We were very comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast, in particular, was the best of our South American tour. A big thank you to the chef again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, for example contacted the tour operator by phone after we had waited pass the tour pickup time. The room was clean, big and comfortable beds, warm shower etc. Our tours began so early that we didn't have a chance to eat the hotel's breakfast but they gave us breakfast to go the time we wished. The location in the city center was also very good.

The hotel is comfortable, conveniet and pretty. Staff is soo extremely brilliant, they helped me out so much with my luggage (before and after my stay) and when I tried to extend and they didn’t have availability, but they helped me book to their sister hotel nearby which was equally great!

The location is quiet, the main square is only 10mins by foot. The breakfast is great, even though they have organised some glutenfree option for my partner. The bed was very comfy, the room was just perfect. The design is very cool. The reception is 24 h, so it was easy to have early check in or check out, even get breakfast for take away.
