Extremely friendly staff, especially Peter, the owner who is a really nice guy to know!
Breakfast included is nice and a good way to start the day, ample hot water in the shower, and the room was comfortable and well appointed.
It is also a couple of minutes walk down to the beach at Station 3.
I would heartily recommend this place.

Very nice beachfront house in a more quiet and relaxed area in Boracay. Great for family stays where you can enjoy spending time together, drinking and playing games. The staff were very thorough and attentive, always making sure the house was clean and tidy. We weren’t aware but it was a great bonus that security guards were there during the evenings. I absolutely loved our whole experience at astoria current. Beach was very accessible, enjoyed our time at the pool, clean facilities, super comfy bed, the sheets and towels smelled really good, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious
