A new hotel close to Ayala Mall in Cebu. The room was clean, big and quiet as we requested. The bathroom was also clean with hot water. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable but the check in process is a huge disappointment, the staff on duty over night are incompetent and refused to permit entry even though I had proof of reservation and valid identification Thankfully the owner of the apartment was contactable and able to resolve the issue, hopefully those incompetent staff lose their job
