Friendly and helpful staff - made the stay enjoyable. Excellent location in the Intramuros and we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant at the hotel. Staff was accommodating in arranging our airport transfers and late check out.

Our room was roomy and enough to accommodate 5 people. We asked for an extra bed which was no problem. The location is very nice, easy and convenient to get to Greenbelt and other shopping centres. We felt safe and looked after. The staff was AMAZING! They couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on their faces. So far the best hotel I have stayed in, the service, room, food, facilities, and staff are impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Manila memorable.

Warm 5 star service from front desk to restaurant staff to the concierge. They upgraded us to a lovely Sky Suite. The place is very much up to 5 star level and after staying at the Okada down the road, the Solaire makes the OKada service look like a training facility.
