The stay was good. Especially staff and services were good. The housekeeping supervisor provided good services and also thanked the front office team Especially Mr. Hasnain for good services

We had an excellent stay at the Regalia hotel. All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived at the airport around 8 AM and were greeted by Assad, who helped us with all our luggage (we had a lot of luggage), and by the time we were checked in, our luggage was in our room waiting for us. We were greeted by Jameel at the reception, who got everything sorted for us and got us checked in and gave some local tips as well. The rooms were great and had all the amenities you need so you don't have to bring anything with you. The staff went above and beyond because we came from a late flight and had not slept at all. The kids were sleeping, so we could not go for breakfast after checking in as breakfast was included for free. We mentioned the breakfast to Assad that we could not go because the kids were sleeping, and a few minutes later, we got a call from Jameel that they ate happy to send the food over to the room. We are extremely thankful for that. The next day, we were checking out, so we managed to get breakfast in the morning, and we requested the reception if the luggage can be moved to the reception before we checkout. As we had breakfast and then went to reception, we found all our luggage waiting in the reception put neatly. For breakfast, Hamza and his team were great. They also went above and beyond to make sure if we needed anything. There was a great load of drink selection and food selection. My personal recommendation would be the paratha and the keema and the fresh apple and orange juice. And obviously, the chaii as well. Finally, a big thank you to Assad again for assisting with the luggage again. He helped us again when the cars came and helped organise the luggage in the car to fit properly so we didn't end up with luggage on our laps.

The guest room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating—despite my very late arrival, they waited to check me in without any hassle. Truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended

Comfortable rooms with a good breakfast spread. Wifi was fast and hot water strong. Staff were friendly. The best thing about this place is its central location. Around the property are shops, restaurants, and supermarket.

A very pleasure place to stay in islamabad. Comfort family villa Guest house is located in a quiet and clean nighborhood, very close to Faisal Mosque, Centarus Mall, I highly recommended it to anyone looking for a nice stay at an affordable price.

The location was awesome, it feels like home to me, all things was beyond my expectations, and the host was one of the best guy i met in my life.

Nice big comfortable room with plenty of towels, wifi, air conditioning, the host was very friendly. I got a taxi but didn't have cash to pay, he paid for my taxi and let me pay him back in the morning after I went to the ATM, which I appreciate. Also in a nice location, a 5 minute walk away from a block with restaurants, shops, and ATMs. I booked this only a few hours before arriving and arrived late at night, the host stayed up to check me in.
