I stayed in The Nishat (Gulberg) for a little over 3 weeks. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding - the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. I had halwa puri almost every morning, other Pakistani breakfast dishes, as well as french toast, chicken sausage, hashbrowns, made-to-order omelette, various pastries, and chai. The room service cuisine, provided by the on-property Cube restaurant, was outstanding. I ordered a number of Pakistani dishes such as Chicken Tikka and Malai Boti. The property feels very safe. The location is excellent - near Liberty Market, a number of pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc. The TV has Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. The WiFi worked well - no issues. The gym has treadmills, a stair climber / elliptical type of machine, dumbells, etc. I did not use the pool but it looked very nice. I do not speak Urdu (yet!) so it was very helpful that all staff were able to accommodate me by speaking fluent English in addition to Urdu. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore.

Very impressed with the quality of amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. The hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful. The icing on the cake is the healthy and clean food options they have on their menus - second to none in any hotel. Their staff at breakfast, especially Mr. Waqas, was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this if you’re coming from abroad and are hoping to get best of everything. Or even if you’re local; this is a great establishment. The only recommendation would be if they can add some more amenities like a pool or spa.

From the moment I stepped in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were evident, setting the tone for what turned out to be a memorable stay. The rooms deserve special praise—not only are they impeccably clean and well-maintained, but the ambiance reflects a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Every detail, from the linens to the lighting, is thoughtfully curated to provide a premium guest experience. A sincere shoutout to Mr. Noman, Ms. Aroojh, and especially Mr. Kashif at the Front Desk Office. Their dedication, courtesy, and consistent professionalism are a key reason the hotel enjoys a reputation as one of the most reputed in Lahore. Their personalized care and prompt assistance reflect a deep understanding of true hospitality. One particular incident stood out to me—while serving an Americano, a slight spill occurred. Though it was barely noticeable, the server insisted on replacing it with a freshly brewed one. This small but meaningful gesture speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to international hospitality standards and guest satisfaction. It’s also evident that the seamless operations of the hotel are a result of rigorous staff training, excellent supervision, and truly commendable management.
