Hotel was walking distance from the main train station and the old town quarter. Hotel lobby smelled good and staff offered us some chocolate upon arrival. Room was clean and comfy. Gym was great as well, the machines seemed new.

The apartment is brand new and beautiful. Fully equipped both in kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything has been perfect, and the location is very close to old town. Beyond all the positive expectations!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The decor is really funky and modern. The rooms are lovely and the bathroom is stunning. The coffee machine is a lovely touch and the coffees are great! Loved the toiletries, they smell amazing. We didnt get to use the sauna but would have loved to. This place is a vibe, really close to the shopping centre and about a 7 min walk to the Main Sq. Its within walking distance of everything. Very good value for money. We only stayed one night but would loved to have stayed longer. The bed is soo comfy and the dressing gown is great!! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was great, probably the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated, very quiet and we had everything we needed. The instructions we received on the day of accommodation were very precise and the host was always available to us. However, the best thing was the location of the accommodation, as it is located just a few steps from the square and attractions. When we next return to Krakow, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Everything was perfect here.
