Good location: not far from the highway, in a quiet residential area with a park nearby. There are several grocery stores, a market, a post office, and a pharmacy within walking distance. You can park your car near the building. There is also an elevator.
The apartment is clean, recently renovated, and has everything you might need: towels, extra pillows and blankets, coffee, and tea. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided.
Despite our late arrival, the host met us personally and kindly showed us around and explained everything. He also stayed in touch.
