Very nice location, good check in instructions, but had to use translator for polish language stickers and instructions, but had no problem with it.
There was shop Zabka which is 1 minute walk.
Parking is nice.
Flat has everything that needed, electronics and utensils.

Tidy apartments, all the facilities are new and work perfectly. Great location for peaceful rest. It take 15 minutes only to get the city center by train (operates every 10-15 minutes). There are many shops nearby and even big shopping mall in 10 minutes walk.
Host is very kind, sends clear instructions in advance, answers promptly if required. It was a pleasure to have a deal with him and to stay in the apartments. I would recommend this apartments for 1-2 persons maximum. I was alone, so it was enough space for me.
