Beautiful hotel, everything has been thought out to the detail, amazingly located in Falésia, with pine trees all over and beach 2 min walk with direct access. Very attentive staff and food is simply delicious, breakfast and also dinner. The spa has this zen feeling and staff is super friendly. It was my 5th stay at this hotel and will surely come back again.

The apartment was really good. Kitchen had good appliances and equipments. Bathroom was big and had good shower. Altough Gardens are close to the main gate it was easy walk to all the restaurants and beach. Restaurants were quite pricy but according to the room prices. Breakfast was excellent and other food also good. Chlidren play ground was the best I have seen in hotels.

The downstairs pool table and ping pong table were amazing and is where 90% of our time was spent. Additionally, whilst the pool was shared, we never encountered others and it gave a very private feel to it. ( the pool was clean and perfectly positioned to lie in the sun all day long, amazing.

The location of the villa was very nice and close to the beach. It was in between two major cities so transport to both were relatively easy.

Good communication with the management of the apartment. Apartment very clean and modern, stayed in the same block the previous year and these apartments do feel very high end and the inside and outside areas are quite luxurious. Good A/C, smart TV's in living room and main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Provided pool towels for 4 on request. Also great location for both the centre of Olhos and Acoteias, 10 mins max to either, and also to the beautiful Barranco Des Belharucas beach.

We had a superb holiday. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Fatima-so friendly, a gem of a person. It was one of the nicest apartments that we had stayed. All facilities from a dishwasher to a fast internet. Could not ask for more! The location was great. Very centrally located to do some winter hiking and also for some good Portugese food. Will definately like to come back!

The whole stay was so incredible, we enjoyed every minute and hope we'll be able to come back. The staff is super friendly and pays attention to details, the communication was easy and fast and also available via whatsapp. We had breakfast and dinner included and the quality of the food was incredible, delicious & nutritious with the most beautiful view opportunities from the restaurants. The hotel is very family friendly and our toddler enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The gym is brand new and has a very good choice of machines also allowing a sweet view during your workouts. The private entrance to the beach is great and opens the floor to a magnificent landscape and very nice beach. Overall we are super happy to have been able to enjoy our holidays here – thank you!
