The staff were very helpful and so nice to deal with. The room was very big an beds comfy, hotel was very clean and decorated lovely for Christmas. The food was lovely such a variety every day/night. I could not recommend this hotel any more, me an my family will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our break away, thank you all so much
