This was an excellent apartment. We loved it. The views from the living space were stunning. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was a real treat for us on our holiday. We used the washing machine to make sure all was clean before leaving. We loved the curly staircase leading up to the apartment! Thank you for leaving us a bottle of wine and a treat, it was appreciated.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and our room equally so. LOVED the concept of the marble books throughout the bathroom area. Bed - amazing. Pillows - like a cloud (as Lara promised!) Breakfast buffet was far beyond the basic pastries at other hotels; and the ability to order scrambled eggs was a real treat. And the food was so fresh and beautifully presented. And your staff provided the best customer service we ever experienced. Lara was so professional, yet warm and engaging, taking the time to answer questions about Coimbra and give us a short history about the hotel itself. Ana Jesus was also lovely; quick to help however she could.

A definite treasure in Coimbra ... Ismael met us at the train station, and took us back when leaving, Ismael is a wonderful host ... gave us all the Tourist information we needed (as Tourist Info moved due the Construction), and checked in via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything else (which we did not). The Apartment is very well designed and equipped, including a washer and dryer. Walkable to most Coimbra sites, and easy access to transit. We would return and recommend.
