Staff were very friendly, helped with any request and had great recommendations for food. Lovely little touches like a gift in the room, complimentary mini bar and all day refreshments downstairs. Breakfast was of a high standard, great timings (7-11am) and set in the most beautifully designed room with a terrace and open windows to see the world go by. Location is in the old town, most places walkable and fantastic surroundings.

The location was great, heart of Alfama, there were several choices of transportation, by walk, by bus, and by metro. Although there was no washing machine which was included in the description, apartment offered free laundry service. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, you can find a nice chorizo with a very friendly service at the local meat store diagonally opposite from the apartment. We could discover full of charm of Alfama by simply walking around the apartment.

The host was amazingly open and supportive! He was there for aby questions, ready to help, but also not overwhelming when all was going great. The appartment was the best (especially comparing to others in Alfama) - very well equipped and with awesome bed that allowed us really good sleep ♥️

Firstly, the location of the property is fantastic! The flat is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. 2 bathrooms are a massive bonus! The flat is tastefully decorated, fully equipped with anything you may need during your stay and is situated in a middle of historic Alfama district, so we walked everywhere. There are many restaurants and bars around and even a few small shops with basic food and drink supplies. The view from the windows is amazing too. Very easy process of checking in and out. I really appreciated communication with the host. Vanessa was fantastic, firstly, before the stay, to modify the booking as we got our dates wrong and secondly during our stay in Lisbon. I would like to come back to Lisbon when it’s a bit cooler and less busy and I will be booking this property again.
