The accommodation is very simple, but excellent location, very clean, well presented, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Me and my partner were very happy here, and everything is so easy to get to central Lisbon from this location, with a beuatiful park right on the doorstep, a local cafe also right next to the property, with various mini-markets, restaurants, bars and takeaways nearby. There can be some noise from the road below as it is a major very busy intersection, but both me and my partner were not bothered by it, and didn't need to wear ear plugs. We had a lot of space in our room, with a fridge and a balcony over looking the park/main road, which was nice to enjoy the sun. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and we had fresh towels. There is a nice lounge next to reception with a large tv, but we didn't use it. The staff were very accommodating in looking after our luggage after we checked out.

The host responded quickly to inquiries, and the accommodation was very clean. The subway station is nearby, making public transportation convenient, and there are plenty of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets around the property.

Excellent localisation of the hotel (right outside of the metro station), the equipment was fantastic (massage chair in the room) and the rooftop access was a wonderful perk to start and end hthe day (breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening).
