We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing, from the design of the hotel, immaculate cleanliness of the rooms to the exceptional service provided by the Staff. The facilities were outstanding, and every detail was taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The live cooking, healthy breakfasts were delicious and gave us the perfect starts of days spent on exploring the beauty of Lisbon. On our last evening we got he bottle of Porto and handwritten thank you note from the hotel, which was a very nice gesture. There was no problem with leaving the luggage in the hotel before check-in hour and we could stay in the room longer, what gave us the opportunity to take a shower before a flight, what we really appreciate. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. Thank you for make our visit so memorable! <3

Very comfortable, quiet, safe, very close to Avinida de Liberdade (one direction) and to Baixa/Chiado (other direction). Luis is a great host and very helpful.
Lisbon is a hilly city so walkers' should expect uphills, but worthwhile sights, sounds and eating places will be found around every corner.

Amazing place with everything what you need. Very close to centre of Lisbon and all attractions. Before landing in Lisbon, Louis (owner) shared with us information about local grocery shops, restaurants and how to get there. Also offered to contact him if we have any questions. We had the most divine stay in Casa Oliver. What a gorgeous boutique hotel!! Gorgeous finishing and really wholesome feeling. Staff were fabulous and so kind, even got upgraded! Principle Real is a really incredible location to stay and will absolutely be recommending it to all friends and family. We will be back!
