Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Ani is lovely, she allowed us to check in earlier and gave is helpful tips about Porto. Restaurant suggestions were great! Apartment itself is small but has everything you need, all the kitchen utensils and even a box with variety of tea. Also, location is great, you can walk anywhere you need to.

A lovely place with friendly, helpful staff. It is close to the historic centre (with walking and metro options) but far enough away to be quiet at night. The breakfast provided was excellent. Highly recommended

It's not far from the metro station Bolao (700 meters ). I had the red room with bathroom . The room was very nice . Francesco is always doing his best to make life easier for the people in his house . For me it was no problem to stay with them , they are nice people and live on the top floor . In nighttime its always quiet, in daytime there is some noises from the livingroom .But most of the people are visiting the city then . The bed can be a bit small for two people . The showers are modern and nice and warm . I had a good time

Bruno manages the entire team and hotel beautifully — you can feel the pride and care in everything they do. The hotel itself is stunning, with a gorgeous garden that feels like a hidden retreat, fresh inviting scents throughout, and inspiring artwork at every turn. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with just one small note about the shower placement in the bathtub — a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. It was my birthday during our visit, and I was surprised with complimentary Port wine — such a thoughtful gesture. The 5-course tasting dinner was absolutely exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. This is more than just a hotel — it’s a warm, welcoming experience.
