I arrived quite early in the morning, and as soon as a room became available, the front desk arranged an early check-in for me. This was extremely important after a long-haul flight. On my departure day, since I had a late flight, I asked whether a late check-out would incur an extra fee. Initially, the front desk informed me of the standard half-day charge, but after I explained that I didn’t need that much extra time, the staff, considering the room availability that day, kindly arranged a free late check-out until 2:00 PM. This meant I didn’t have to store my luggage and come back later, allowing my itinerary to flow naturally—something that makes a huge difference for travelers. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the small tip I left the next day was not taken. This really impressed me, showing the high level of professionalism and integrity of the hotel staff. I have stayed in many four- and five-star hotels around the world, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. I'm not even a member of their program. They truly pay attention to the seemingly small details that can make a decisive impact on the travel experience, always thinking from the guest’s perspective. I am sincerely grateful for the care and attention of all the staff during my stay.

I really appreciate that the management of this hotel cares so much about the satisfaction of its guests. If there is a problem, they solve it immediately. Additionally, the hotel has a very nice beach with sunbeds available for everyone, beach towels, free unlimited bottled water, a very good swimming pool, and delicious food. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. I like this hotel very much! I would gladly recommend this hotel and I will also come back there next time.

Every single day, he welcomed us with a big smile and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Nothing was ever too much for him,his dedication and positive spirit made a lasting impact on us. We travel frequently and have stayed in many places around the world, but meeting someone like Abdoul Majid is truly rare. He is not only a professional, but a genuinely wonderful human being who brings so much heart to what he does. People like him are what set a place apart and make guests want to return. Another superb experience with Hilton Doha The Pearl! We are second time this year with our family in this hotel. We absolutely love it. Breakfast is excellent with variety selection. We have enjoyed talking to Lisa and Vina, they will make your breakfast one of a kind! Great fun in the swimming pool and many thanks to Omari and Hashan for playing soccer and company. Location of the hotel is excellent, short distance to Lusail, Katara and walking distance to Porto Arabia. Spacious rooms with beautiful view from the 29th floor. We got also a free upgrade. Thank you for your hospitality, we feel here like home!
