I liked the courtyard with roses and cats, comfortable, quiet and clean apartment. There were everything I needed and even more. I felt there like at home. I didn't met the hosts, but I constantly felt their warm care.

Sometimes you come across a little gem that is perfect in every way. This was one of those gems. Set in the leafy secluded part of Cotroceni. It was one of those "oh my God it's so quiet" but still close to everything you could possibly need. Cozy is perfectly named. I was here for four nights in my 3 week stay in Bucharest and wish I had found it sooner. As for the owner Christian. Super guy with prompt helpful communication and always there if needed. So do yourselves a favour boys and girls. If you're in Romania's capital city be sure to give this place your attention. You won't be sorry.

Everything was great! We needed a hotel in a good central location with secured parking and restaurant. We were arriving after a long drive through the Carpathians and the hotel met all our needs! The lobby bar and restaurant look well, food is delicious (shrimp salad, pasta and the desert of the month of March recommended by the waiter) the hotel room has a lot of amenities (even bathrobes en slippers) I was happy that I had found this hotel on boking. com

The Parliament Hotel is situated opposite Bucharest's Parliament Palace and just a 10-minute walk from the Old Historical Centre of Bucharest.
