Well kept rooms, very clean, aircon and ventilation worked well. Good location, tram stop right outside which helped getting around. Staff were really helpful, helped with local transportation.

The best thing about this hotel was the service/staff. The staff was very kind, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was great, the lobby was cosy. The hotel is very well located and there are some of Belgrade's landmarks close-by. We had booked the executive room and firstly ended up with the one with the bathtub however the staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to the one with the shower which was much better in our opinion and also more spacious.

Everything was perfect. The place is well furnished, has all you need, it is very clean and it is located in the best part of Belgrade (near restaurants, bars, bus station, etc.).
