The hotel was very conveniently located in centre of Jeddah and with shopping mall and great restaurant in close proximity.
The breakfast was fabulous and catered for every preference one can imagine.
The staff was very nice, very friendly and helpful.
Miss Mawdah was exceptionally helpful. She went the extra mile in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She is very customer oriented. Thank you Miss Mawdah.
