I just checked out Vivienda Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, the hotel team’s exceptional flexibility and resilience genuinely impressed me especially Gilbert and Lizy. During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide.
