I just checked out Vivienda Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, the hotel team’s exceptional flexibility and resilience genuinely impressed me especially Gilbert and Lizy. During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. The reception staff was great, especially Al Anoud, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and the first person at the reception in Saudi Arabia I’ve encountered who speaks fluent English! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel features modern facilities. The bathrooms were awesome and spotless, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was very fast, and the location is really good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
