The staff was good and helpful, Abubakar from 4th floor and responsible for the refreshing of room 450 was hugely so professionally, responsible and exceptionally welcoming. He made our trip so fantastic and good to remember. Thank you Mr Abubakar. Ghe room was clean and the staff were ways asking if you need further help or room cleaning.

Incredible value for money! Close to the shuttles to go back and forth to the Masjid Haram.
Rooms are spacious and include most amenities.
The folks at the reception were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to let us stay beyond the checkout time as we had a flight later in the evening without charging us extra.
Highly recommended and would definitely visit again inshaAllah!

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
