The staff were great. All very attentive to help and were with smiles all the time. The receptionist and the kitchen team were much appreciated. Food for breakfast were plenty. with usual Arab style breakfast food which is great as I am in Saudi Arabia, i love appreciate the local food as well. The room I got was upgraded to the Haram View room and the view was amazing.

I had the best time at this hotel everything was just perfect! The location is great, and the shuttle bus to the Haram runs regularly, which made getting there so easy. I also loved the small shopping area inside the hotel, we did some shopping there and really enjoyed it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a perfect stay and I would definitely come back again!
