I’ve been lucky enough to travel and can honestly say I’ve never been welcomed at a hotel more than we where at this one. Actually I don’t think I’ve been welcomed to a country better than Saudi Arabia, such a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

We arrived early hours +/- 3am. Check-in was only at 3 pm. in the afternoon. They allowed us to check in on arrival. We were super happy. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location is central close to metro, malls, coffee shops, and restaurants. Loads of movement at night. Olaya and Tahlia Streets

The entire process took less time than it takes me to sneeze, and somehow she still made it feel like a red carpet event. Need restaurant suggestions? She’s got better recommendations than Google. Lost your room key? She replaces it faster than The Flash. Confused about local transportation? Nehla will map it out like a seasoned tour guide slash superhero. I swear, if she ran for president, I’d vote twice. Hotels don’t need fancy fountains or gold-plated door handles. They just need a Nehla. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. Actually—forget stars, she deserves a galaxy.

Absolutely amazing. Our stay was great . As a family with 2 children we had 2 floors villa with 2 bedrooms. Everything was perfect , beds super comfortable, very professional and kind staff, everything super clean. The buffet for breakfast is fantastic. Relaxing atmosphere, i loved the green area outside our villa. The hotel is in a very good position, very easy to reach. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended
