The property was very clean and organized. Hanna at reception was amazing and very helpful when I arrived. After driving for several hours in the rain and being soaked, she kindly assisted me, even though it wasn't yet check-in time. She made me a card to access the facilities and take a hot shower. The instructions for getting the key and finding the place were very clear. The room was clean and I got everything I needed in the room or the shared kitchen. There is a close supermarket which allowed me to get stuff for breakfast and you could also cook there if you wanted.

After a long and exhaustive travel, this hotel had everything we needed. We slept very well and the breakfast was amazing! Most importantly though, the staff, especially Valeria at the reception was exceptionally cordial, friendly and helpful :) We would have loved to stay longer!
