The property is ideally located one street back from the main restaurant strip in old town (Gamla Stan) and a stone’s throw from Gamla San metro (T) station, the ferry (Slussen departure over to the museum island), the palace, the shopping strip at T-Centrale and so on. In addition to being an amazing location, the apartment is on the ground floor so no dragging suitcases up flights of stairs. It has a large bedroom and comfortable bed, a good-sized living area with table and a daybed type sofa, a very functional kitchen, and a good sized bathroom. A shower with endless hot water and a washing machine round out the positives. Oh, and our hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

It was a truly splendid and wonderful experience! The staff is lovely, the breakfast is great, the yacht is amazing, the location is top prime! I wish we could stay for much longer! And BONUS: Absolutely everybody who ever was in Stockholm, surely took the iconic photo of this breathtaking city looking from Mariaberget, with Mälardrottningen Yacht Hotel & Restaurant on the front, so you can proudly say each time when you see this stunning picture - "I staid there!" (and feel the massive avalanche of envy and jealousy coming your way! 😂)

Breakfast was excellent, with nice variety. There were some items also for vegans and dietary restricted. Lovely and helpful staff. The location was very good and the hotel had nice atmosphere. Do recommend.

It was perfect ! The facilities were super clean, the kitchen super functional with so many ustensils. The best part was that people who have leftover pasta/ rice and other things can leave it for the next customers. We got to do free meals while preventing waste! So smart ;) We were in the 16 people room and everyone was super respectful, trying to be careful both at night and early in the morning. The best part was probably the location, we could do almost everything by foot.
