The room was very clean and nice, we had big windows (from floor to ceiling) which provided a great view even when laying in bed. The bed was very comfortable and they provided 2 sets of hard and soft pillows. The breakfast was also very good and there were plenty of options to choose from and it was a bit different every day. Transport to Marina Bay Sands or Gardens by the Bay was not the best, as you have to take 1 bus and change 2 subway trains, but since transportation in Singapore is so efficient and convenient it was not really that hard, and we usually could reach our destination within 50min. The big plus is that the bus station is right next to the hotel.

The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided .
