We stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen in Singapore from December 28, 2024, to January 1, 2025, for 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The room, bathroom, and overall cleanliness were impeccable. The staff was highly professional and attentive. The location is ideal, being just a few meters from the Metro station, which made exploring Singapore very convenient. We would like to give special recognition to May, a member of the housekeeping team, for her outstanding work. She ensured our room was cleaned daily, provided all the necessary amenities, and was always approachable whenever we needed assistance. Her dedication and hard work were truly impressive. There’s nothing negative to mention about our stay , everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose V Hotel Bencoolen again when we visit Singapore in the future. Really loved the room provided. On a high floor with spectacular views especially from the Infinity pool. Perfect location with easy access to Gardens by the Bay, Financial Centre, Singapore Flyer, Shoppes and a host of great sight seeing spots.
