Cleanliness of the place which includes the room. After shower, bathroom dries so fast. Environmentally friendly hotel. They have water filter for drinking as they don't provide water bottles. Save money as well to buy bottle of water. The shampoos smells so good that I don't even have to take out my own shampoo. Friendliness of the staffs. Location few walks to Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT station (Bencoolen's is really, really near)

Nice Hotel. Location is great: near MRT Station and Bugis. Rooms are clean and we liked the design. Restaurant in the first floor ist also nice.

The STRAND HOTEL is located in the middle of the Singapore hub so you could reach the most of tourist attractions by walking such as the suntec city, clay quay, Merlion park, China town, bugis within 20min ! Furthermore, they are offering luggage storage service before check in and after check out. There also have a microwave machine at ground floor for guests for heating up instant food. I have enjoyed room service with breakfast that is not luxury but affordable. They provided dental kits per person everyday. My family and I could fully relex on the bed after long journey in Singapore.
