We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.

Very nice stay in Singapore-Changi. First of all this is an older hotel but has all the things that are needed - rooms are OK, basic stuff inside, but as expected and as in the offer. Nice bathroom. Not so nice of a view, but if someone is looking for a 1-2nights in Singapore this could be a great place because of few things: 1.They offer a shuttle bus service to/from the airport. And the description of where the bus arrives is TOP-NOTCH! 2.Luggage storage - so if you are on a layover flight or wannt a day in singapore you can use the luggage storage option and travel lightly throughout the day. There is a hawkers market, some restaurants nearby, and a ferry station to the little islands, as well as a bus station (BUS no 2 can take you to the city centre in about 90mins, and costs just over 2,5S$). And the personel is very helpful and very kind. Great work everyone!

Best hotel of our trip! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Aircon worked great. The pool was lovely, also had a good mix of shade and sunny spots. The staff were so lovely - they even let us shower in the gym after we'd checked out!! Very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend and rebook. Great location if you are visiting Singapore Expo. A bit loud at night with kids screaming but they stopped at 1030; couldn't hear my friend next door. The robes and filtered water were such a treat!
