After I finished my booking I had a look at the reviews again and was suddenly quite concerned because of the 1 star reviews. However, it turned out everything was perfect. Yes, the room was small but perfectly clean and very well designed. The facilities were amazing, they had everything, including an ironing board. Our room was out the back on the 4th floor, so we had a good view yet it was exceptionally quiet.

An excellent hotel in a great location! Many attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The gym and swimming pools with city views were outstanding, and the unique walking path around the hotel added to the experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Singapore—highly recommended!

…everything was so amazing. We had club lounge access and it was absolutely worth it. Wonderful food and lovely drinks. It even improved since I was there before Covid. I remember lively Peter who treated us so nicely - but it’s so unfair because everybody was so sweet and made us feel at home. what I liked is that it was very quiet and decent in the club lodge and no kids running around and screaming. Also not overcrowded or annoying guests - that makes a stay really memorable Thank you!..

We loved the breakfast at Prego. Quality and extensive selection. The room is new and big for our family. We had a beautiful view of the city. The staff and service is exceptional, they gave what we asked for and sometimes even more. They cleaned our room very well. Having a balcony is a plus. Conveniently located below Raffles City mall and MRT station.
