The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us have the triple room nearest to the lift lobby on 3rd floor and provided extra pillows for the sake of my wheelchair bound wife.

Super cozy place in a good area, 10 minutes grab ride to the city center.
We arrived earlier than the actual check in time, and they speed up to get the room ready, fantastic.
Nice service from the two amazing guys in the reception, Hazmi and Pang, always ready to help and costantly asking us if we were in need of any assistance, 5 stars for you guys!!
