A lovely stay, but sadly only for one night. We were welcomed with huge smiles and an ice-cream. Perfect after our long, hot journey! Check-in was fast and efficient, the ladies were extremely helpful and we were made to feel at home. We had a room with a huge bed, that bed ! and a great view over Singapore. The next day we checked out at midday but left our baggage at the hotel so we could go off for the day as we had a late night flight. The location is ideal, very close to Orchard road and easy access to the MRT. We returned in the evening and were given access to the swimming pool and showers, which meant we could prepare ourselves for our long flight home. Next time we will stay for more than one night!

An excellent hotel in a great location! Many attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The gym and swimming pools with city views were outstanding, and the unique walking path around the hotel added to the experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Singapore—highly recommended!

…everything was so amazing. We had club lounge access and it was absolutely worth it. Wonderful food and lovely drinks. It even improved since I was there before Covid. I remember lively Peter who treated us so nicely - but it’s so unfair because everybody was so sweet and made us feel at home. what I liked is that it was very quiet and decent in the club lodge and no kids running around and screaming. Also not overcrowded or annoying guests - that makes a stay really memorable Thank you!..

We loved the breakfast at Prego. Quality and extensive selection. The room is new and big for our family. We had a beautiful view of the city. The staff and service is exceptional, they gave what we asked for and sometimes even more. They cleaned our room very well. Having a balcony is a plus. Conveniently located below Raffles City mall and MRT station.
