Beautiful spacious room with really comfortable beds. Staff were so friendly and it was a very luxurious place to stay. Great pools and kids can also use the big splash pad area once per day.

I have stayed at the Shanghai-La on Orchard, and tge JEN Orchardgate exceed my expectations based on the value. The location at Somerset MRT was great - we didn’t have to exit to get to MET or Orchardgate shops. The bed is firm, we we loved, and the room amenities were nice. The luggage carts were also helpful. Staff were great.

I love it. Even though I arrived way earlier than the check in time, the reception still checked us in and give us a room to rest and relax after our early flight. I love how the staff was able to come up with a solution quickly when the room type we initially booked for was not available. The room was spacious enough for two and it has everything one would expect a decent hotel room to have. Additionally, my friend was very please with the hotel's gym facility. I myself am impressed with how the MRT station is right in front of the hotel, making transportation seamless and easy. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and quiet and also exceptional.
