My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Nai Harn. The quality of the service was exceptional, we cannot emphasise enough how kind and professional every member of staff was from the moment we arrived, with special thanks to Nam, Bow and Dia. The views from our room overlooking the beach were incredible, the food was delicious with a good selection of Thai and Western dishes, the breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever seen and the cocktails on the rooftop bar were perfectly mixed. We had several massages at the spa which were amazing. The beach is just across the road and a perfect place to enjoy the ocean. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to relax and unwind surrounded by nature.

Everythinig is top top top 10/10. We rented 3BR villa w private pool,it was the best experience I have ever had. There isnt any negative about the hotel. Rooms are super nice,the 3BR apt has 3 floors and on the top floor u have the outside bathtub and the HUGE 6person shower. In this resort you find super big choices of treatments and you communicate with staff/gym/hotel via their own app. You also order room service and treaments from that. Super convinent.

Magical! This hotel is such a hidden and sparkling gem like an oasis in a more popular area. So, we really had the best of both worlds. Even though the hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach, we like to walk. The beach was probably a 10-15 minute walk away. So, we visited the beach and also grabbed a cab for a 20 minute ride up the Big Buddha. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were awesome. Our room (I think a deluxe?) was one of 9 rooms that was not technically a "swim up" room, but still had a pool within 6 feet (or less) from our door. I was going to upgrade to the swim up, but out room was wonderful! Access to the pool was great, and the beautiful property really comes alive at night.

Everything was perfect! We stayed in a pool villa for 8 nights, it was amazing! Everyone is super kind, the breakfast was delicious, we loved their detox juices every morning. The air condition in the villa was perfect as well, what is rare in hotels, it was silent and we could set it for night mode(not too strong, but efficient program). Remember, you are in the jungle as you can see on the pictures - you can meet animals like snails, lizards, frogs around the villa and hotel(we loved it). I trided the spa, hot oil aroma massage, it was very relaxing. They have a small gym with a view on the 7th floor.

Simu everything. Beautiful room. Magnificent view. Private pool is phenomenal. Staff can not be friendlier. Breakfast is very versatile, tasty and well organized. The beach is magical. All hotel facilities are very comfortable and handy. The trail has great photo locations. Highly recommend!!

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended
