i felt so welcomed from the very beginning. everyone truly made me feel special and cared for. yudah gave me the best guest experience, he was attentive and always smiling. nann was amazing and her daughter is just adorable, she brightened my days. amber is the best receptionist, comfy, knows my needs, kind and always there when i needed something. the whole team made me feel like family. cleaning ladies and boys were amazing and i give them hugs for cleaning the room perfectly every single day even two times

Everything was just perfect! Great modern apartment, super clean and wonderful convenient location. The bed a bit hard but still ok for us. The safe was not working and Resava changed to a new one right away. Also the communication with Resava was easy and great! We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back and hope to get the same apartment again😊
