Breakfast was nice with wide varieties of choices. Room is clean and nicely decorated. The location is good which is near to Asok station with free tuktuk service by the hotel. Once you call them to pick up, the driver arrived within 2 minutes which is super convenient. The staff is friendly. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and the taste of the breakfast — everything was amazing. But the hotel staff were even better than all of that. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was clear they had excellent service training — even down to placing the coffee cup according to the guest's preference. They fulfilled special requests with great care and attention.
We also experienced the earthquake during our stay at this hotel, and they handled the crisis remarkably well, making us feel safe throughout. I’m truly grateful to all of them. From the housekeeping staff to the reception, from the chef who prepared the delicious breakfasts to the attentive servers — this was the best staff experience I’ve ever had.

The room was very spacious and as clean and neat as one could hope. Soundproofing was very good so not a peep could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Very good fitness center and a lovely pool. The hotel is conveniently located in Asok with lots of restaurant options nearby as well as a the famous Terminal 21 shopping mall. The friendly and professional staff recovered my lost item promptly. Out of many this is the best hotel I've stayed in in Bangkok, and budget permitting I will defenitely look to stay here again.
