Fabulous hotel or rather secret little hidden oasis in the middle of the city. It's an ideal starting point to get around in Bangkok, since underground, scooter taxis and tuk tuks are literally just outside the gate. Noomi and her sister are wonderful hosts; welcoming, informative, and soooo helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bangkok.

Very good location near Wat Arun. Quiet neighbourhood, very nice for BKK. And the best of all….. Never had such a good reception, amazing information given about places to visit, restaurants, massage,….. Super friendly and helpful. Nice surprise in the morning. This gets a 10+

We loved everything about Neil Niwas! The owner and staff are amazing, the house is beautiful. It has been renovated in such detail and with so much love and good taste that it leaves one speechless. The food was really good and the host gave us great dining and travel recommendations.

I didn’t expect much at first, but this stay turned out to be a hidden gem. The place feels cozy and very local, giving you a true sense of the area. What really stood out was the staff – they are so kind and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. A really warm and memorable experience.

The apartment is just perfect for a group of 8. It has everything we need. The owner is very supportive and friendly. She also brought us some brownies at the last day we were there. You can ask for luggage keeping after your check out. Very closed to Wat Arun so we can walk there. Nothing to complain

The staff are so helpful and the manager even baked muffins ! The 25M swimming was a huge bonus and all in all I could not fault the Hotel.

The place looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. It’s spacious and feels very homey. We checked in quite late due to a flight delay, but they still accommodated us and welcomed us warmly. The surroundings are close to temples, and there’s a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and many more shops just a few minutes’ walk away definitely a great place to stay.
