We had an absolutely amazing stay and Grande Centre. Everything was of highest quality (the rooms, the service, breakfast, cleanliness, etc.) the hotel has a game room, rooftop pool, sauna, a great rooftop restaurant. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, the beds were one of the comfiest we had slept on in Thailand :) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also organised our transfer to the airport after our stay. If you’re looking for a 5star hotel in Bangkok - we 100% recommend this one - we will for sure be coming back if we visit again :)

From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay. It was an absolute delight throughout.
We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.
The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way.
Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out.
We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

Breakfast is awesome. You got a ton of choices to choose from and especially the drinks counter.
Noteworthy to mention: I left my jacket in the lobby while I was checking out, and the staff arranged to send it via taxi to the airport, which was nice of them. Many thanks for the arrangement.

Thanks to the design and people, the atmosphere is so warm that I could stay the day « at home » if I wanted to be lazy and talk to people.
