From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay. It was an absolute delight throughout.
We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.
The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way.
Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out.
We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

Checking in was a bit slow but very personal and attentive . We had 2 suites at the tower club (lounge access ) , very clean suite , nice bathrooms , the furniture a bit outdated but still charming and the VIEW , just amazing ( 54 th and 58 th floor ) , again my daughter's BD was taken very seriously with cake delivered to our room and personal messages from the staff .
The lounge at the 52 nd floor was wonderful , you could sit there all day and just being pampered . The staff is superb
all over the hotel . Truly a delightful visit. We were very happy to be back to Lebua , our last visit was way too long ago .

Amazing location. Close to BTS and walking distance from Silom area. A lot of restaurants around but also the restaurant in the hotel is really good “SOI Bangkok”. The woman working at the restaurant in the breakfast is the sweetest! She recommended us typical food to try in Chiang Mai and Ayutthaya. Totally recommend this place!
